How do I pair the NWGE‑180 with the Nocinvok App?

What should I do if the Nocinvok App cannot find or connect to my NWGE‑180?

First, charge the NWGE‑180. Make sure it is not already connected through your phone's system Bluetooth settings. Do not pair the device directly through system Bluetooth. Open the Nocinvok App and complete the pairing process in the app.

Anti‑Theft, Location Sharing & Crash SOS

How does the NWGE‑180 help protect my bike from theft?

Motion and tamper detection help protect your bike. When suspicious movement is detected, the NWGE‑180 can send an alert to the Nocinvok App, so you can check your bike quickly. It is an alert feature and does not replace a physical lock.

What happens if someone removes the NWGE‑180 from my bike?

If someone removes the NWGE‑180 from your bike, the tamper detection feature can trigger an alert in the app.

Can I share my location with my family members, and who can view it?

Yes. You can share your location with family members, with no limit on the number of people. Only the people you choose to share it with can view your location.

Can I turn off Location Sharing when I do not want to share my location?

Yes. You can turn off Location Sharing in the Nocinvok App whenever you do not want to share your location.

Can I view my historical routes?

You can view your historical routes in the Nocinvok App. Data retention and deletion are subject to our Privacy Policy.

Can Crash detection automatically call emergency services for me?

Crash detection does not automatically call emergency services. You can manually add and manage Crash detection contacts on the My page.

Will the NWGE‑180 still work if GPS or 4G connectivity is unavailable?

Some functions will be unavailable without GPS or 4G. Location‑based features, including Location Sharing and anti‑theft/SOS alerts, will not work. Other features, such as emoji display, will remain available.

Battery, Charging & Durability

How long can the NWGE‑180 stay on standby?

How do I charge the NWGE‑180?

Charge the NWGE‑180 through its USB‑C port using a compatible USB‑C cable.

GPS, 4G & Data Service

Can I use the 4G service in my country?

The NWGE‑180 supports 4G service worldwide. Actual availability depends on local network coverage.

How much does the annual subscription cost after the included service period ends?

After the included service period ends, the renewal price is $19.90 per year.

What happens when the included data service expires?

When the included data service expires, anti‑theft, Location Sharing, and Crash SOS features will stop working. Other features, including emoji display and brake detection, will remain available.

How accurate is the NWGE‑180 GPS positioning?

Typical positioning accuracy is 5–20 meters outdoors and 100–500 meters indoors.
