The NWGE-180 is covered by a two-year limited warranty worldwide, starting from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Warranty remedies may include repair or replacement.

If your device develops a manufacturing or material defect during the two-year warranty period, please contact us at xiajie-xu@nocinvok.com with your order number, device serial number, and a description of the issue. We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate warranty solution, such as repair or replacement.
